Join us for this proven strength training workout for older adults.  Please call the Library at 515-967-4790 for more information.

Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, 10 am to 11 am through May 23.

Please bring 2-5 pound dumbbells and a stretchy band.  Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and tennis shoes.
