Day ten of Geri-Fit classes!!  Join us for this proven strength training workout for older adults.  Please call the Library at 515-967-4790 to register and for more information.

Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, 10 am to 11 am, January 14 through April 11.  NO CLASS on January 21 and February 18.

Please bring 2-5 pound dumbbells and a stretchy band.  Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and tennis shoes.
