 Join us for this proven strength training workout for older adults.  Please call the Library at 515-967-4790 to register and for more information.

Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, 10 am to 11 am, August 5 through January 23.  NO CLASS November 11.

Please bring 2-5 pound dumbbells, water to drink, and a stretchy band.  Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and tennis shoes.
